Fees

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. My professional fee is $175 for individual sessions and $200 for family sessions. I also accept the following insurance: Anthem BC/BS of GA, Anthem EAP- Bank of America, Cigna, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest, Oscar, Oxford, United Health Care. For clients using insurance plans that are not in-network, a superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide appropriate notice will result in being charged the full fee for your session.
